Buying and selling a house can be so fraught. Jen made it just... happen. Jen Annen has the experience and knowledge that made our triplex sale really smooth. There were many issues that arose, none of them caused by Jen. When our first offer failed a contingency, she was able to approach previously interested parties and get a new offer to us within days. The questions that came up in the course of home showings, required handyman work, and during escrow were answered quickly (does she even sleep) and thoroughly. The patience needed to be a seller's agent is significant, and Jen's was phenomenal--with us, our renter, the buyer's agent, and during escrow. It also made things much easier that she knew the right people for the various issues that came up, including the title company, and was able to tell us what tasks were necessary, and what we could push back on. I am in another state (CA) and she dealt with that with no issues--happy to text or call when needed, handle things through email, even signing the closing documents. I recommend Jen Annen, Real Estate Professional, very highly. She is worth her weight in gold.

2025 was a tough year for real estate, but I had to sell my house. Jen entered the picture with lots of energy and optimism. Jen provided extremely accurate projections on price and how to make our house more marketable. She provided great advice throughout the entire process. Still, it took a while to sell because it was a high-end house (over a half million) and it was in a rural area. While our confidence lagged, Jen's did not. She networked, kept us informed and maintained optimism during the entire time. I appreciated Jen's professionalism, but more importantly, I came to rely on her understanding and compassion. I would recommend Jen to anyone who wants an agent who is honest, reliable and hardworking.

Jennifer was an outstanding realtor who went above and beyond what I think a realtor's duties should be during a house purchase. She saw us through several negotiations for houses and was consummate in negotiating a final selection and price for our sale. Her attention to detail and ability to negotiate with the seller's realtor made possible the purchase of our house which was in doubt several times. This was a month's long process, and she was there with us every step of the way. Even after we had a signed contract, she followed up on many repair details that were necessary in order to purchase the house. We have had several realtors over the years in which we have purchased houses, and I can honestly say that Jennifer was the best realtor we have had in these processes.
